Simon Aldous, Channel Director, Google Cloud UKI
Simon Aldous is the UKI channel director for Google Cloud. Simon brings a wealth of experience to the role having spent the past 20 years working within the channel ecosystem at vendor, distributor and reseller. During this time, he has worked for industry leading organisations including Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Microsoft and more latterly Dropbox where he set up their EMEA channel business from scratch before moving across to run it from a global perspective.
Simon has consistently championed the utilisation of optimised sales channels and routes to market which align to organisational strategy, believing strongly that strategic growth is more efficiently achieved through identifying and aligning commercial opportunities with appropriate partners.
A central theme throughout his career has been harnessing the power of collaboration to deliver results. Now, as an experienced executive leader driving business development, sales performance and operational execution, he retains a clear focus upon the utilisation of Cloud as the foundation for future collaboration and business growth.
