Dan Coleby, Director of Client Technology Value, Content + Cloud
Dan is the Director of Client Technology Value at Content+Cloud, a leading, Microsoft-focused MSP. Dan focuses on helping customers to really deliver business value from their technology investments which exemplifies the customer-focus that Content+Cloud has. With over 1,000 employees focused on delivering their mission to ‘empowering ambitious organisations, and their people, to succeed’, C+C has become one of the leading Microsoft partners globally, recognised by Microsoft in 2022 through the award of Global Partner of the Year for Customer Experience.
Dan has spent almost 25 years focused on how technology can be an enabler of business value and an agent for change. Much of this time, he has spent working in consultancies and MSPs, delivering value for clients across a wide variety of industries, or in senior IT positions, leveraging the best from his suppliers and internal teams. Achieving customer excellence is something which therefore comes naturally for Dan, and which has helped him and C+C to shape his current role.
