Bryn Morgan, Head of Business Development , Lanware
Bryn Morgan is a partner and head of business development at Lanware, a financial services specialist working out of the City of London. He has more than 20 years of customer success and best practice working within MSPs and global technology companies with experience from back to front office. In the early 2000s Morgan was part of a fast growth startup pioneering “as-a-service” and cloud modes for MSPs. During this time, he worked with several of the large vendors regarding how their offerings needed to evolve to facilitate the growing MSP market. Morgan worked on global technology deals taking MSP models into a large integrator and helping to simplify overly complex support models. Five years ago, Morgan co-founded a big data startup in HR benchmarking. It here he learnt in detail about the value of diverse teams and became a dedicated advocate for diversity in the workforce due to the all-round benefit return.
